Visa Requirements

Tourist

The Applicants passport should not expire less than six months from the intended arrival date in Brazil. The passport must have 2 blank pages available. You must also bring the photocopies of the first 2 pages and last page of the passport.
All old passports if any
One Visa Application Form duly filled online and signed by the applicant only. Link is: https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/index.jsp (Parents must sign for minors under 18 years old).
4 recent clear passport size photographs, front view, and white background with 70 % face size. Snapshots or computer pictures are not accepted.
Typed Personal Cover letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Brazil, New Delhi.
NOC from the Indian company (on its letter head) where the applicant is employed in original, stating the employees name and title, how long the employee has been working for the company, purpose of visit with complete details of the proposed trip otherwise same Cover letter on Company’s letter head if self employed in original. OTHERWISE Letter on Company ‘s letter head along with Business Registration Proof + last 6 months updated Company’s Bank statements in Original with bank seal.
Income Tax returns for last three years
Personal Bank statement for last six months in original with bank seal.
Salary Slips for last6 months if employed/ Business Registration Proof if self employed.
Return Air Ticket with PNR number.
Hotel Reservation.
Day to day tour Itinerary.
Yellow fever certificate in original
Embassy may ask for additional documents or personal interview at the Embassy.

Visa processing time is 15 to 20 working days. (Rest is Discretion of Embassy)
Embassy may ask for additional documents or personal interview at the Embassy.
Sometimes, Brazil Embassy may ask to apply for Work Permit or some other Category after reviewing the Documents.
Employment Passport valid at least six months
2 visa form photo copy back to back filled by blue ink
2 photographs with white background 35x45mm
Covering letter from stating purpose of visit
Yellow fever certificate
Police clearance certificate
Work permit applied by employer in Brazil at General coordination for Immigration of the Ministry of Labor, after getting contract then deposit with above documents in embassy
