Tourist	Passport valid at least six months 1 visa form0 2 photographs with white background 35 x45mm Covering letter for stating purpose of visit If employed – Letter from employer stating No Objection Return confirm ticket Foreign Exchange or International Credit card Hotel confirmation If visit relatives- Invitation letter from Croatia attested by Notary Public Croatia Bank statements last six months Tax returns last three years Note (16th April, 2009):- Effective immediately personal presence of the Applicant is required at the time of submitting the visa documents. Travel agent can collect the passport later on Applicants behalf
