Visa Requirements

Step 1. Deposit visa fee and VFS charges at HDFC bank and bank will issue Barcode for the purpose of appointment
Visa Fee :- Rs. 7,560/- + VFS Service Charges- Rs. 380/-
Payable in Cash or DD in favor of HDFC BANK A/C VFS

Step 2. Complete the online web-based visa application from (DS -160) before taking appointment through http://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ (for obtaining CEAC barcode)

Step 3. After completing the Visa form DS-160 schedule an appointment by visiting the website http://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ using the CEAC barcode and the HDFC bank barcode number.

Step 4. After getting appointment for a visa interview is scheduled. You will need to bring the printed Appointment Letter, CEAC confirmation page ,original HDFC visa fee receipt and below mention documents

Tourist Process is first fill the form DS 160 then pay visa fees online: – http://www.ustraveldocs.com and schedule the interview date and biometrics date accordingly.
Documents needs to carry at Nehru place (VFS) Office-

Valid original passport. You are recommended to have passport valid for at least six months beyond your interview date.
All the Old Passports.
Copy of the New Passport (Front+ Back) along with Remark/Observation and previous US Visa.
Two photographs as per specification (50 x 50) with white Background for Per Client
Confirmation Page of DS 160 for Per Client.
Valid Original Bank visa fee receipt of CITI bank/ Axis Bank.
Original appointment confirmation.

Documents needs to carry at US Embassy, Chanakyapuri-

Valid original passport. You are recommended to have passport valid for at least six months beyond your interview date.
All the Old Passports.
Copy of the New Passport (Front+ Back) along with Remark/Observation and previous US Visa.
Two photographs as per specification (50 x 50) with white Background for Per Client
Confirmation Page of DS 160 for Per Client.
Valid Original Bank visa fee receipt of CITI bank/ Axis Bank.
Original appointment confirmation.
Typed Covering letter addressing to The Visa Officer, Embassy of United States of America, New Delhi mentioning the purpose and duration of Stay along with the Passport details on A4 Sheet.
NOC from Employer in original on their Official letter head stating Designation of the Employee and period of Employment with them.
Evidence of financial resources through bank statements for last 6 months in original with Bank seal and income tax returns for the past 3 years and last 6 months pay slips.
Air Ticket if any.
Previous Employment proof and Educational Evidence.
Scanned Copy of Invitation letter from Relative residing in US.
Copy of his/ her Passport along US Visa Copy.
Accommodation Proof.
Relative’s financial & Employment proof Documents.
