• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least one year from the date of application with its 2 photocopies of the 1, 2 and last pages of valid passport.
• Three visa forms (photocopy allowed) to be duly completed and signed by the applicant.
• Three recent passport-size photographs.
• Typed personal cover letter stating purpose and duration of stay addressed to The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Republic of Zambia, New Delhi.
• Cover letter on Company’s letter head if self employed otherwise NOC from Employer in original if employed.
• Return air ticket with photocopy.
• Embassy advises that the traveler should have a certificate of inoculation against cholera; Yellow Fever & Polio Certificate is mandatory.
• Letter of confirmation from Zambian tour operator on their letterhead confirming hotel as well travel itinerary and sufficient proof of funds.
• Bank statement for last six months IN ORIGINAL.

• A covering letter from the Indian company on the companies letter head.
• A letter of invitation from the business associates in Zambia on the company letterhead with proof of funds.
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket with photocopy.
• Embassy advises that the traveler should have a certificate of inoculation against cholera; Original Yellow Fever & Polio Certificate with a photocopy is mandatory.
• Visa is valid for 90 days and period of stay is also 90 days. Any period beyond 90 days requires the authority in form of a permit from the Chief Immigration Officer.
